Product Use
This Hall Effect Switch Module can be used in both Automotive and Hobby circuits.
Hall Effect Switch Module detects presence of magnetic field with momentary output.
Operates on
4.5V
to 6V DC.
When the Sensor is subjected to South Pole magnetic field the normally HI Output Signal is momentarily switched to Ground (LO).
When the magnetic field is removed the Hall Effect Switch tuns OFF (Output = HI).
The Hall Effect Switch Module can be used to provide switching ON signal to any microprocessor such as Parallax Propeller or Arduino.
In applications where rotational speed is detected either by moving magnet or by use of magnetic field interrupting, speeds up to 60,000 RPM (1kHz) can be reliebly detected.
