OKA KIT mini cars are sold ONLY to individuals who will complete them personally into LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) for personal use ONLY. These are not to be resold after completion, as such activity would be considered "manufacture" and you could be fined $25,000 if you are not a licensed vehicle manufacturer.

OKA KIT mini cars can be driven on Public Roads at not less than 20 MPH and not more than 25 MPH and can be operated only on Roads with speed limit of 35 MPH or less. They may not be driven on Highways where speed limit is more than 35 MPH. They can be operated on private property at any speed.

OKA KIT mini cars do confirm to FMVSS #500 and to EPA regulations for Street Legal cars Low Speed Vehicles (LSV).
