OKA NEV ZEV mini cars are sold ONLY through Franchised OKA dealers.
OKA NEV ZEV mini cars can be driven on Public Roads at not less than 20 MPH and not more than 25 MPH and can be operated only on Roads with speed limit of 35 MPH or less. They may not be driven on Highways where speed limit is more than 35 MPH. They can be operated on private property at any speed.
OKA NEV ZEV mini cars do confirm to FMVSS #500 and to EPA regulations for Street Legal cars Low Speed Vehicles (LSV).
